Starting your child at school can be stressful so let us help you to take some of the stress away.
Come for a visit - our new entrant room is always happy to have visitors and this helps your child to get familiar with the teachers and room they will be in. We recommend having a few visits before starting school.
Have the right paperwork - you will need your child's birth certificate and immunisation certificate when you enrol.

Team Tuakana is made up of year 5 - 8 akonga. Our teachers are Miss L, Miss Rose, Miss O'Rielly, Miss Higgs, Miss Turner and Miss Ngatai. Our learning takes place in a collaborative model with akonga working with and creating with different teachers and students each day. All akonga are responsible to drive their own learning and to be positive role models in our school. Attached below is our team parent booklet.
