WELCOME TO ROOM WHIO
Kia ora whanau.
Welcome to Room Whio, part of Te Kakano team. My name is Mrs Hape and I have been teaching at Turaki School for over 13 years. My strengths are Te Ao Māori, literacy and technology. This year I look forward to supporting Room Whio tamariki with exploring more technology pathways of learning. I enjoy and encourage positive relationships with the tamariki and building on their strengths both academically and socially. They will be supported in becoming more independent learners. The tamariki bring me joy by supporting and watching them thrive in our school and class environment.
We look forward to sharing our learning with you all throughout the year. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me or pop into Room Whio before the day begins.
