Kia Ora,

 

I am the Hauora teacher of Karearea, one of the two classes comprising our collaborative senior team, Te Mahuri. 

As a Taumarunui local, former student and learning assistant of Turaki, I take great pride in being part of the educational journey here. I am a proud parent of three children, all of whom attended Turaki Primary School, and currently, two of them are at boarding school.

 

My dedication lies in ensuring that students not only learn effectively but also find the educational process positively enriching. I am dedicated to motivating students towards physical education, fostering a holistic approach to their well-being.

We are looking forward to an exhilarating year as we fully integrate structured literacy and a robust mathematical framework into our day-to-day learning experiences.

 

2024 also welcomes Matua Bert to our team. Matua Bert will play a crucial role working alongside your tamariki, providing support in their academic endeavours and nurturing their overall well-being throughout the year. We are excited about the positive impact he will undoubtedly bring to our school community.
