Welcome to Room Whio.

​

My name is Mrs Wind and I’m really excited to be teaching in Whio this year.  

I am an experienced teacher and have taught all year levels in a variety of school settings around Waikato, Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne over the last 25 years. 

I believe that every child has the ability to learn and reach their personal potential. I love teaching because everyday I get to find opportunities to help students achieve this. I like to develop a happy, learning focused classroom where we all support one another to be the best we can be - academically, socially, and in any personal interests. 

 

We are very lucky to have Mrs Lundquist in our Whio team as well.

Whio students also enjoy interacting regularly with their peers as part of team Te Pihinga, and the whole team works together closely.
